One Injured In Apartment Complex Accident

Author: One person was injured when a Red Chevy SUV collided with a small passenger vehicle Monday at Ashton Ridge Apartments on Callier Springs Road around 12:45 p.m. According to witnesses, the red SUV was traveling at a high rate of speed inside the complex when it struck the passenger car, causing the SUV to roll on its side. The driver of the passenger car was taken to Floyd Medical Center for treatment. Floyd County police are still investigating the incident and charges are pending.
